Rongrong XUE (Serena)

Rongrong is working as the Public Relations Vice President, responsible for the media relations and marketing execution. She is based in Shanghai office. Before joining Cathay Capital, Rongrong worked at Ogilvy Public Relations, provided corporate and financial communications counsel to companies including UBS, CFA Institute, IDG Capital etc. Prior to that, Rongrong worked at the Xinhua News Agency Asia-Pacific Regional Bureau as a business and finance journalist, covering free trade zone across the pan-Asia region. She also worked as a Marketing Manager at A-Design London office, assisting to expand brand influence in the Europe market. In addition, she worked as a trainee at The New York Times Beijing office, responsible for tech and business news. Rongrong holds the Master of Arts degree in International journalism from Hong Kong Baptist University.
