Kris MANOS

Kris Manos is an advisor to Cathay Capital. She has over 30 years of her cross-functional experience in marketing, product development, manufacturing, finance and distribution. Previously, Kris served as President of both Wilsonart and Herman Miller, where she grew revenue and enhanced profitability through her unique strength in clarifying strategy, building corporate culture, and driving execution. She is an active director of public, private and employee-owned companies. She currently serves as appointed independent board member for Innovative Ergonomic Solutions (“IES”). In addition to IES, Kris is a director of Columbia Forest Products (ESOP), Dexter Apache Holdings (ESOP), C.H.I Overhead Doors (PE). She has also served as a director of KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY), American Capital (NASDAQ:ACAS), Select Comfort (NASDAQ:SCSS) and Soil Safe (PE). She has chaired Audit, Nominating/Governance and Special Investigation Committees, in addition to serving on Compensation and Strategic Alternative Committees. Kris earned her BA at Harvard University and her MBA from Yale School of Management.
