True to its long-term philosophy and founding values, Cathay Capital has created a
Perpetual Purpose
Fund under the framework of the French PACTE law.
Its objective is to ensure, over time, the exclusive allocation of resources to the future
development of the Group, in particular to support the launch of new activities or strategies.
The creation of the Perpetual Purpose Fund formalizes a long-standing practice embedded in Cathay
Capitalʼs culture: investing today to prepare for the activities of tomorrow.
Since its creation, Cathay Capital has built a model based on the systematic reinvestment of its
resources to support innovation, accompany growing companies and develop new areas of expertise. No
dividends have been distributed at the holding level for over 20 years, in a deliberate approach
focused on independence and long-term preparation.
Supported by a dedicated governance structure under the PACTE framework, the Perpetual Purpose Fund
relies on experienced and independent figures from the business and corporate governance community.
This governance ensures that the Groupʼs resources remain exclusively allocated to its future
development and reinforces Cathay Capitalʼs long-term usefulness within its ecosystem.
