Byzance

Founded in 1995, the Byzance group is a specialized French distributior of fine food products, best known as the owner of the Bellota-Bellota brand, a premium retailer of Iberico ham. The group also distributes smoked salmon, caviar, wines, olives, oils, and anchovies, and most of its products are sourced and imported from Spain. The group’s products are mainly sold through a retail network of stores in France and Hong-Kong, in which customers can either buy products to take away or eat on site. Product is also sold wholesale to gourmet food stores and restaurants (Paul Bocuse, Joël Robuchon, etc.), as well as luxury hotels (Crillon, George V, etc.).
